6.5.3 Client.

SPR# EKUO5XBNVK - When clicking on URLs within the client, the query string is
now case sensitive when the hostname is question mark-delimited.
NOTE: The host name portion of the URL should be converted to lower case,
however, the query portion, the part following the question mark (?), should
